You
want to have an ideal body and sober mind. Obesity is not your goal;
it even prevents any program of losing weight. Your organism needs
vitamins, especially it wants vitamin C. This vitamin regulates cholesterol
in blood, strengthens immune system. Such products as currants, parsley,
sweet pepper, green onion, dill, lemon, apples and others contain
vitamin C in great quantity. You should take it approximately 70-90
mg per day. Elder people must increase this norm. If you include
vitamins and mineral salts in your every day’s program, you’ll
be healthy for sure. However you have to think not only vitamins.
In order to lose weight and have a slim body you have to low energetic
value of your food and increase the energetic loss due to physical exercises.
So your program should take into consideration every day’s morning
exercises. It must be an important rule, a habit, and a behavior in your
life.
And in addition, your program must exclude temptations of any kinds. Want
to eat, drink some water, or take a piece of apple or orange and never
approach to food after 7 p.m. It is allowed to drink kefir from the store
with organic foods.

your first breakfast is to consist 25-30% of the daily diet, the other
one – 10-15%, lunch – 35-40%, dinner – 15-20%. The consumption
of bread must be limited to 100 g per day. Your daily diet of fat consumption
must be about 75 g (1/3-butter, 1/3-margarine, the rest – vegetable
oil). If your parents are obese, you are under infection of extra weight
surely. That is why, you have to exercise much: walking for 3,5 km is going
to lose 16 g of fat, climbing the mountains – 230 g, running for
an hour – 500-600 calories, a tourist walking for 8 hours can lose
over 2000 calories. So with scheduled meals you won’t feel your body – it
will be like a feather of a bird or a cloud in the sky. Develop your own
program and follow it regularly without hesitation. The results will be
really overwhelming.
